London based derivatives trading technology company FFastFill has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Thales Information Systems Finance to develop new trading solutions for electronic financial markets.

Under the terms of the agreement, the companies will review the development and provision of technical solutions and consider a range of joint venture possibilities. These would leverage Ffastfill's electronic trading and risk management software and Thales IS Finance's core competencies in outsourcing and systems integration.

Chris Stone, chief executive FFastFill says the association is the first step in developing different execution, risk management and transaction support mechanisms.

Hugh Hughes, Chief Executive of Thales ISF in London adds the partnership will open up possiblilties for the company to offer similar services to other financial institutions.
