Paris-based financial software company GL Trade is to offer investors access to Dow Jones Newswires via its GL Win platform.
The news feed, which will be displayed in a real-time window on more than 30,000 workstations worldwide, will cover more than 60 cash and derivatives markets.
Users will be able to subscribe to Dow Jones Financial Wire, a premium service covering global equities news, as well as local language services.
GL Trade will also distribute Dow Jones Web services to third party Websites over its GL multimedi@ system.
Vincent Burzynski, executive vice president strategic projects, GL Trade, comments: "This new partnership enables GL Trade to provide trading professionals with a comprehensive package of real-time multi-market data and global news services through a single screen."
Burzynski says the news service will be available to investors at the end of September.
