Jack Earnest, managing member at Velocity, a recently-established futures commission merchant, says: "The ASP-based Risc solution lets us totally outsource our hardware, network connectivity, application processing and exchange connectivity requirements to Rolfe & Nolan, allowing us to minimise our infrastructure costs and simplify the implementation."

Implementation is due to be completed this month.
