Generali International, a subsidiary of the Italian insurer Generali Group, has extended an existing e-business services agreement with Intelligent Environments Group (iE) for improved Web-based client management.
The Generali system, based upon the iE NetFinance Private Client Investment System, provides advisors and clients with constant access to valuation and price information about the client's assets irrespective of type, location, currency and time zone.
Under this new agreement - for a contract valuation that exceeds the original 2000 arrangement between the two companies - a number of enhancements will be made to advisors' online access to client, portfolio, product and fund data, including allowing them to search by joint owner, or to sort search results by date, product or fund.
David Hazell, senior project manager at Generali, says: "The system improvements will provide an enriched user experience with more flexible access to, and delivery of, information for advisors."
