More TH>N implements London Bridge CRM system

More TH>N, the direct insurance arm of Royal & Sun Alliance (R&SA), has implemented London Bridge Group's Vectus software in a bid to improve customer service and product cross-sales.
The technology delivers customer contact histories to over 1500 workstations across seven locations in the UK. These include details such as policies held, quotes provided and claims information.
Iain Robson, strategy & planning director at one-year old More TH>N, says: "The system also links to our marketing database to provide a deeper understanding of people's circumstances and provides sales prompts to our service centre staff so encouraging cross sales."
In addition, by using Vectus as the principal collection point for customer data, More TH>N expects to improve its data quality while developing a robust service for collecting marketing consent.
London Bridge Group won the contract in competition with Siebel and Clarify.
