Banc of America Securities has launched a new online loan trading confirmation system that is available via the bank's syndicated loan Web site.
In addition to using the site to access research, loan analysis tools and market updates, clients can now execute syndicated par loan trade confirmations online.
According to Ed Hamilton, head of par loan trading at Banc of America Securities, the move is "a solid step forward" in the bank's strategy to streamline loan trades.
