Under the agreement, Bisys will supply its core banking platform and provide the bank with a range of services including Internet banking, cash management, and image-based item processing solutions.

Sharon Sokol, chief operating officer of The Right Bank for Texas, says: "Bisys enables us to offer the state-of-the-art products necessary to compete with large regional and national banks in our market. We believe Bisys provides more than its competitors, including browser-based technology, open architectural standards for easy data access, and superior customer information systems."

The recently formed community bank provides a competitive mix of financial products and services to small and medium-size businesses in the greater Houston market.
