Under the agreement, the two companies will establish interfaces between their respective systems for asset managers.

The combined solution will cover execution management tools and automation of trading strategies; FIX connectivity with more than 40 destinations; routing and management of complex orders including baskets; multi-asset portfolio management for classic and alternative investment managers; subscriptions/redemptions management and real time asset value calculation; real-time risk management and pre- and post-trade compliance management; benchmarking and performance analysis; and electronic confirmations, payment instructions and accounting entries.
