TransTrack automates payment card disputes and information requests between acquirers and retailers, which are currently posted or faxed between the firms. The system has the ability to support a single retail outlet up to several thousand concurrent retail outlets.

According to Rob Glenn, UK MD Staffware, TransTrack’s Remote Scanning Process (RSP), for the fulfilment of copy vouchers and chargeback supporting documentation, provides hundreds of retail outlets with the ability to use the system without requiring local software, therefore minimising implementation costs.

Birmigham-based TriRidium was co-founded in 2001 by Nidel Eades and Paul Hanks.
