GlobalNetFinancial.com has contracted to provide financial news and trading facilities to Caramail, the French consumer Internet portal operated by Spray.
Under terms of the agreement, GlobalNetFinancial, through its Web site www.France-iNvest.com, will be the exclusive provider of money and finance channels within the Spray Internet portal. GlobalNetFinancial will also have the right to be the exclusive provider of financial transaction platforms to Spray, including online stock brokerage, investment funds, forex trading, and IPO's. The revamped Caralmail site is scheduled to go live in early November.
Additionally, GlobalNetFinancial is to provide content on Spray's WAP (wireless application protocol) portal on a non-exclusive basis and will eventually offer e-finance transaction platforms to mobile phone users through Spray's WAP.
