The Derbyshire streamlines business processes with Fineos

UK building society The Derbyshire is to implement Fineos' suite of Internet portals as part of a project to fully integrate its business environment and distribution channels.
Under the agreement, Fineos' agent, branch and customer self-service portals will be used to integrate all of The Derbyshire's core application systems across their full range of distribution channels. The applications will also be unified with an upgraded and Web-enabled version of their existing enterprise CRM solution, Fineos Service Centre.
The new integrated system will enable the building society to increase service levels, streamline business processes, and reduce administrative costs, says the company.
