Level Four Software has launched EMV FastTrack, a new component of its ATM Channel Development Suite designed to help banks quickly upgrade their automated teller machine networks to become EMV compliant.
Using EMV FastTrack, banks can test their EMV smart cards directly from a desktop PC. The test tool simulates the ATM environment through the creation of EMV compatible downloads and full end-to-end transaction testing directly from the smart card, through the ATM and up to the host system.
Level Four says it has already been working with a number of UK banks to help prepare them for EMV compliance.
