Lloyds TSB, has selected the PrimeResponse Prime@Vantage product to implement a one-on-one customer relationship management (CRM) strategy. The bank says it will use the system to identify leads and opportunities within its customer database in order to improve response rates to marketing and promotional campaigns.
Igor Andronov, group IT director for Lloyds TSB, says the Prime@Vantage product will be deployed with the aim of automating 1-to-1 marketing strategies across multiple delivery channels based on individual customer needs and preferences. "We can deepen our understanding of our existing customer database and implement campaigns targeted to increasingly specific customer groups - a great benefit to our customers," he says.
Other PrimeResponse customers in the financial services industry include Alliance & Leicester, Bank of Ireland, CIBC, Chase Manhattan Bank, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, DLJdirect, The Royal Bank of Scotland, and Bank of Scotland.
