UK-based business information provider Hemscott is rolling out its Web-based research product Company Guru to financial institutions and corporates in the United States.
Company Guru provides detailed information on all UK quoted and private companies and their executives, along with extensive search and data interrogation tools. Company reports and contact lists can be created and downloaded to Excel in seconds, says the information vendor.
Information available via the service includes: full historical financial facts including key ratios; major shareholdings; director share dealings and shareholdings; directors' remuneration and unique biographies of their interests, education and career histories; products and subsidiaries; sector analysis; corporate advisers; regulatory and company news; and share price information.
