New Hampshire-based Concord Group Insurance (CGI) has licensed Prelude Software's PayPilot solution for its newly merged payment operations with Peoples Service Insurance.
The agreement expands an existing licence contract for Prelude's PayPilot software to accommodate the merged payment operations of CGI subsidiary Peoples Service Insurance.
CGI will consolidate the databases and upgrade to the latest version of PayPilot using a Microsoft SQL Server database platform. The centralised PayPilot application will issue cheques and electronic payments for the entire company.
In addition, CGI is implementing the PayPilot electronic direct debit functionality for collection of premiums.
Amy Kezar, CGI’s business development manager, says: "We are confident that with the new technology from Prelude, we can manage an increased volume of payments with even greater efficiency."
