Sparkassen Informatik, an IT provider to German savings banks, has licensed technology from Beta Systems Software for systems management across its production sites.
The license agreement covers the usage of core products of the data centre, document/output and storage management product lines. The revenues accruing from the deal total approximately Eur1.8 million in the first quarter of 2002.
In addition, a service agreement for the next four years has been signed.
