Brokers using Tarot will be able to provide their nominee clients holding stock in a company with shareholder communications, even though the nominee client is not known to the company as a shareholder. Thes include proxy voting, annual reports and interim mailings for all US and Canadian securities and those UK securities where the issuer covers the cost of such communication.

The interface will also enable ICS Europe to request a shareholder list from the broker via Tarot whenever a shareholder communication is being made. Tarot will respond by sending shareholder records specific to the required communication to ICS Europe.
