Cryptomathic, a Danish-based provider of e-security software and services to the financial services industry, has opened its first UK office in Cambridge.
Peter Landrock, founder and executive chairman of Cryptomathic will head up the new office. He is joined by Jonathan Hopkins as head of UK sales and Antonio Gerbino as business development consultant. Hopkins previously held senior management roles at Unibit, ICL, and Computertech. Gerbino was an account manager at Snow Valley, a London-based bespoke development agency that focused on Web design and software applications for both the financial markets and football industry.
Cryptomathic provides best-of-breed e-security products, consultancy, education and end-to-end security solutions. Its range of software products includes toolboxes for professional application development, trust products and pre-personalisation of payment smart cards.
The company now has operations spanning the UK, Denmark, Germany, Belgium and Italy.
