SEI Investments opens client service portal

Asset management solutions provider SEI Investments has launched a Web-based client service portal offering institutional investors a range of information processing services.
The portal offers secure access to both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plan information through a user-friendly interface; a customised client query application, for direct connection with SEI representatives; information on a range of SEI financial product offerings; and real-time market data and US treasury information.
Jim Morris, senior vice president & managing director, institutional retirement solutions at SEI Investments, says the integrated system will provide a one-stop shop for clients' needs as plan sponsors and plan participants.
"Now, SEI users can better monitor client activity, and manage content including SEI marketing material with this new system," adds Morris.
The portal is being hosted and maintained by Boston-based Business Technology Alliance, using its proprietary 2-Way technology.
