Tibco Software has launched a new real-time trade management system for cross-border transaction processing via the Global Straight Through Processing Association STP model.
Tibco's Real-Time Trade Management product is an out-of-the-box Axion 4 Gateway interface for connecting institutions to the GSTPA's Virtual Matching Utility/Transaction Flow Manager.
The system provides a range of trade and risk management services, surveillance and accouting, as well as allowing customers to view trades and the settlement progress, says the company. Failed trades are routed through the firm for repair and introduction.
Jurgen Marziniak, chief executive officer of the Global Straight Through Processing Association, says: "The Tibco Real-Time Trade Management solution provides a level of functionality that helps brokers/dealers increase efficiencies, maximise capital and reduce operating expenses as they move to T+1 compliance, and beyond."
