Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Onyx Software Corporation have signed an agreement to jointly deliver customer relationship management solutions to the UK financial services market.
It is anticipated the alliance, which also includes UK local government and US healthcare markets, will be extended across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas in due course.
