UK CRM solutions provider AIT has acquired selected assets of dotcom company Entranet, in a £75,000 deal.
Under the agreement, Entranet, which developed e-commerce Web sites for Deutsche Bank Offshore, Zurich, and Accucard, will transfer its product and client base to AIT. A number of Entranet staff have also been recruited by the CRM solutions vendor.
Carl Rigby, CEO of AIT, comments: "We have the resource, infrastructure and expertise to continue to provide existing Entranet customers with the best possible service. It will also strengthen our position as the leading CRM supplier in this field."
In September 2001, AIT acquired IMA, the US supplier of customer relationship management software and services.
