ClusterProven is an IBM initiative offered to independent software vendors where cluster technology and application software from its key developer partners are tested together to provide total system availability and application resiliency.

Misys partnered California-based Vision Solutions to cluster-enable Midas and conduct aggressive testing in order to achieve the ClusterProven certification.

Roger Hedges, product marketing manager of Midas for Misys, comments: “High availability is particularly important to customers in the banking industry, where it is vital to maintain continuous access to information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”
