Massachusetts-based Pegasystems has reorganised its operations into three business divisions, financial services, healthcare and insurance.
The three business groups will respond to the increased demand for CRM (customer relationship management) solutions tailored to specific industry needs, says the company.
Pegasystems provides rules-driven process automation technology and multi-channel service solutions to support clients' CRM strategies. Financial services customers include Bank of America, Chase Manhattan Bank, Citibank, The Federal Reserve Bank, and Société Générale.
Rick Jones, president and COO, Pegasystems, says: “The combination of the sales, service and product management capabilities under vertically-organised business groups will help keep us focused and streamlined to deliver the level of service that our customers and prospects demand.”
“This alignment provides a solid platform for us to expand our customer base, drive strategic partnerships and alliances and keep us poised for continued profitability in 2002,” he adds.
