Indata introduces CRM module for front office

US-based Indata has launched a new Web-based front office solution for buy-side firms, as part of its IMS for Windows product suite.

InContact is a modular solution built on Microsoft SQL Server 2000, providing Web-based customer relationship management functionality, client-centric portfolio management, trade order management, and online client statements and performance measurement.

David Csiki, Indata’s managing director, says: “While many vendors have focused on trade order management and compliance as the key front office functions, these solutions, while necessary to achieve T+1, provide little direct return on investment (ROI). With InContact, not only are the trading and compliance functions automated, but so are CRM, portfolio management, and performance measurement."
