E*Trade Group has launched a new Web-based interactive channel, Service Now, to enable consumers to communicate with financial advisors online.
Using the new facility, customers will be able to chat online and collaborate over the Web with E*Trade associates who can guide them through product applications, tools and information specific to the product of interest.
Selected customers will also be able to take advantage of intelligent call-routing technology which will direct callers to appropriately skilled agents.
