ABN Amro in the Netherlands has completed the deployment of Saba learning, Enteprise Edition to provide online training to 25,000 employees.
Saba and its Dutch business and implementation partner, Stoas, successfully rolled out the Dutch-language system to power ABN Amro's self-service Integrated Training & Learning Network, called Academy Web.
ABN Amro employees have browser-based access to Academy Web to find information on topics such as new hire introduction and IT, management, and retail banking skills.
Among the 25,000 staff using Academy Web, 3000 IT employees who often travel are also using a Saba-powered e-learning portal from another Saba customer, Acadoo. The Acadoo e-learning portal is designed to provide Dutch citizens with training in information technology, telecommunications, and financial systems.
