Under the agreement, NextLinx's Global Knowledge trade rules and regulations will be incorporated into Bolero technology, to provide customers with the ability to classify products, screen shipments for denied parties, calculate landed costs, maintain letters of credit and generate documents for compliance with government regulations.

Kirk Baugher, director of global partnerships at bolero.net, comments: "In addition to their core content and compliance capabilities, NextLinx has powerful tools and interface technology that provide back office integration for trade documentation. We see bolero.net as a logical extension for NextLinx clients and other firms that want to extend automation of trade logistics to tie in with automation of their financial supply chain."
