Credit Suisse selects Kana campaign management package

Credit Suisse has implemented Kana marketing software across its German operations to improve its campaign management and interaction with customers via multiple delivery channels.

The Kana package is an automated solution that offers detailed analytics at all points of customer contact, including Web, phone, email and face-to-face. The solution also includes rapid segmentation and recurring campaign funtionality.

Rayner Liebhart, head of call centre and CRM for Credit Suisse in Germany, says: "After evaluating several vendors, Credit Suisse chose Kana's external-facing eCRM solution, based on its comprehensiveness and ease of use, as well as the company's ability to implement the solution in record time."
