The federally chartered thrift opened in August and currently operates a branch in Greenville, Delaware and a call centre. The institution's online banking channel is scheduled to launch with full services in the fourth quarter.

The bank will use Sanchez' system to deliver full transaction processing through the Internet, over the phone to a call centre, via mail or through a branch.

Once GMAC Bank's rollout is complete, the full-service bank will offer chequeing and savings accounts, certificates of deposit, personal lines of credit, personal loans, online bill pay services and ATM access.
