Banking giant HSBC is rolling out a video-first enterprise communications platform from vendor Zoom around the world.
The bank is standardising on Zoom for video conferencing, audio conferencing, and screen sharing across mobile, desktop, and conference rooms, for both internal and external meetings.
The deal covers licenses for over 290,000 users and conference room connectors to over 5500 hardware endpoints. BT is acting as integration partner.
