JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management is preparing to unveil a new Web-based Global Cash Portal (GCP) at the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP) Conference in Chicago next week.
The GCP is billed as an Internet-based platform that will enable JPMorgan Fleming's institutional treasury clients around the world to access their cash management products. The firm believes it is one of the first products available to the institutional treasurer that offers integrated reporting on separately managed accounts and money market funds, both onshore and offshore.
"The Global Cash Portal brings together all of the complex elements of global cash management on one convenient web site," says Aron Chazen, VP and head of institutional treasury at JPMorgan Fleming.
The GCP also provides direct access to JPMorgan Fleming's economic, fixed income and equity research, and real-time news feeds. Clients will have the opportunity to customise their homepage, which will enable them to view personalised information each time they log onto the site, says Chazen.
Transaction capabilities include the ability to purchase or redeem shares of JPMorgan money market funds and receive a confirmation online. Clients may also exchange funds, view foreign exchange rates and conduct foreign currency transactions.
