Brief: CAFSL and Active Bank cut the distance to St Helena

St Helena, one of the most remote islands in the world, has been wired up to the outside world courtesy of an Internet banking solution from Crown Agents Financial Services. The Government of St Helena is the first customer for CAFSL's recently implemented Active Bank Internet Banking system, supplied by Financial Objects.

Located off the coast of Southern Africa, it takes 5 days by boat from Cape Town to reach St Helena.
