Powered by Orsus Uno, a platform for rapidly creating and deploying Web and wireless applications, Bank Hapaolim customers will initially be able to use the service to view account balances and perform other routine operations such as checking foreign exchange rates.

In the near future, the bank intends to introduce online broking and funds transfer services.

All of the wireless services are available to customers who subscribe to the bank's online service and use either a cellular phone or Palm Pilot device.
