Financial Fusion completes Neon Integration

13 August 2001  |  2212 views  |  0 Financial Fusion completes Neon Integration

Sybase subsidiary Financial Fusion has completed integration of the New Era of Networks middleware products and people following the company's acquisition in February 2001.

The company says the incorporation of New Era of Networks' financial services products will add more than 80 of the top global securities firms to Financial Fusion's customer list.

Financial Fusion inherits a variety of electronic trading products from New Era of Networks including an advanced Swift offering that currently supports the new Swift ISO 15022 message libraries.

The move will strengthen Financial Fusion's focus on upcoming standards initiatives such as Omgeo and GSTPA and the company's support for integration platforms including IBM MQ Series Integrator (MQSI).

Larry Tabb, vice president of securities & investments practice, TowerGroup, comments: "This announcement strengthens Financial Fusion's capacity to offer firms a flexible, robust, and scaleable messaging architecture that encompasses the ability to move, transform, and integrate messages into the firm's enterprise processing infrastructure."
