The bank is using DecisionWorks' Hyper-Array technology, giving users access to enquiry, reporting and analysis features. They can drill down from summary information to original transaction data.

Aidan McClean, IT manager, Anglo Irish Bank, says: "We have developed a global solution with DecisionWorks to consolidate all our front and back-office systems across several geographical locations into a single, real-time, Web-based solution."

He says the bank has chosen DecisionWorks to meet all its future group management information systems (MIS) and analysis requirements. McClean says: "The technology gives users extreme flexibility over their data and releases them from dependence on IT for data extraction and manipulation."
