Bloomberg says RTS's global network of data centres will broaden its exchange connectivity. Meanwhile, RTS's multi-asset trading systems and services will give Bloomberg's global clients faster, more reliable access to liquidity venues around the world.

Dan Doctoroff, president and CEO, Bloomberg, says: "RTS's strength in market connectivity is a perfect complement to our experience in data, analytics and order management. As we continue to enhance our enterprise and trading solutions, incorporating RTS's premier exchange connectivity and talented team will provide tremendous value to our clients."
