Canadian investment bank BMO Nesbitt Burns has gone live with RANweb, a Web-based futures and options order entry system from Rolfe & Nolan (R&N).
R&N is a provider of global derivatives processing and trade management solutions. Based in London, its offices include New York, Hong Kong and Frankfurt.
The RANweb solution is a multi-lingual, ASP-based infrastructure for Web-enabled futures and options order entry. It offers real-time online account inquiry and delivers customer statements and reports via the Web.
BMO Nesbitt Burns was already using Risc, a futures and options back-office processing system from RANweb. Bob Sylverne, chief executive officer, North American operations, Rolfe & Nolan, says: "BMO's full front-to-back implementation of RANweb and Risc, under our ASP architecture, provides cost efficiencies and moves BMO closer to achieving true straight-through-processing."
BMO used RANweb's private branding features so that real-time Risc account information could be seamlessly integrated with BMO's existing suite of Web services.
