The Golden 1 Credit Union has bought a new Internet banking platform from e-finance provider Corillian.
Corillian's Voyager SE solution will replace the credit union's existing Digital Insight platform and allow the company's 400,000 members to pay bills and make transactions on the Web.
The solution also contains customer relationship management functions and allows customers to access their financial information in real time.
It will be hosted in Corillian's data centre, where trained technical support staff will perform daily monitoring and maintenance of the platform, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Golden 1 will also have the ability to migrate the Voyager platform from the Corillian data centre and manage its Internet finance solution in-house.
