The bank has developed its own application software to provide current account services via any WAP-enabled mobile phone. The system will utilise the Infinite Enterprise WAP Server from Infinite.com to transmit information securely over the airwaves.

Customers using Vakifbank's banking services will be able to do banking operations, get daily information on Vakifbank's financial products, and view a city guide, featuring information on restaurants, movies, theatres, and other civic and cultural affairs. Customers can view their deposit and credit card accounts, make balance inquiries, and pay their utility bills. They can also check the foreign exchange, gold, fund, repo and Treasury bill rates.
