UK-based Rossbank Telenet Services has launched an outsourced customer relationship management (CRM) programme for life offices, mortgage lenders and related distributors using technology from AIT.
The programme provides clients with a quick-to-implement, pay-as-you-go, multi-channel CRM service. Rossbank will also offer users the opportunity to better understand the buying behaviour and contact preferences of customers through the application of analytical technology from Experian.
Rossbank has been established by Kieran Hedigan, formerly CEO of Promise (Winterthur Life’s telenet mortgage business), Philip Hedigan, and Gerry Budd, formerly director of strategy at Winterthur Life. It is based in a 20,000 sq ft, 200-seat contact centre in Cheltenham.
