Acquisition marks major shift for Swift

Hans Cobben, CEO of new Swift subsidiary Arkelis, says the co-operative's foray into solution vendor ownership is about controlling more than just the network and interface layers.

Speaking to Finextra at Sibos in Amsterdam, he also discusses the company's commercial model and how future technology acquisitions by Swift will be rolled into similar new product subsidiaries.
