The service allows treasurers to select the treasury activities they want to outsource and tailor the processes to their needs. Treasurers retain access to all relevant information and maintain full control over outsourced activities, says the bank. The solution also enables treasurers to establish regional treasury capabilities without setting up a full-blown local treasury operation.

The outsourcing service covers inter-company loan management, liquidity management/in-house bank activities, FX and risk management. It also provides leasing and sales aid financing, debt and equity funding structures, global netting programmes, financial and management accounting, compliance and regulatory reporting.

All information can be entered and accessed via a Web browser and is held on Trema’s Finance KIT servers installed in ABN Amro’s Dublin headquarters.
