SunGard has acquired Swedish financial technology consultancy services firm Mindwell. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
SunGard says the acquisition will strengthen its capital markets expertise in Sweden, Switzerland and the Netherlands, where Mindwell has offices.
The Stockholm-based outfit already has a relationship with SunGard Front Arena and claims AIG, Credit Suisse and Nordea among its clients.
