Borsa Italiana has signed an agreement with Stockholm-based software house OM as IT partner and systems provider for its derivatives market Idem.
The contract covers license, delivery project and support over 5 years for OM's Click Exchange system, implementation of which is due to be completed by the end of 2001.
In addition Borsa Italiana has also contracted OM for continued support of the existing derivatives market system.
The total order value is expected to exceed Skr115 million.
