Financial Fusion Server is an enterprise-class piece of middleware that enables clients to run multiple protocol standards including OFX, FIX and Swift simultaneously.

Matt Camichel, head of global order management, DrKW, says the system has been implemented in an effort to reduce the cost for clients of doing business. He says: "The design and technology of the product, which is 100% Java, is totally in line with our internal business strategy, integrated easily with OpenAdaptor (DrKW's inhouse middleware) and offers global FIX connectivity for versions 4.0-4.2 with encrypted security. It also enables rapid integration timelines with new FIX clients."

The system went live towards the end of last year and has so far proved 100% reliable adds Camichel. The contract is valued at £1 million.
