Xcaliber, the options execution platform of Chicago-based Ragnarok Systems, has won approval from the International Securities Exchange (ISE) as an interim linkage provider.
Released in spring of 2000, Xcaliber offers electronic links to all five US options exchanges, in line with the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) recent requirement for the provision of live hook-ups between exchanges to ensure that customers always receive the best available price.
The Xcaliber system retrieves all current pricing for specific options and identifies the best price. The system provides basic and extended real time quotes and is supported by personalised customer and technical support.
