E-CRM solution provider, AIT (USA) Inc., has partnered with New York-based Cyber Dialogue to offer a fully-featured customer intelligence solution for the financial services industry.
According to the agreement, Cyber Dialogue's customer intelligence software and services will complement AIT's new product, Portrait, which facilitates customer interaction across multiple channels encompassing telephone, Internet, branch, interactive TV and wireless telephony. The product will now include proprietary marketing optimisation technology and services such as modeling, customer segmentation, data mining and customer-value analysis, say the companies.
Liz Melcher, executive vice president of Cyber Dialogue, says: "Rather than having to contract and manage multiple vendors, clients can now reach their customers and improve the customer experience through a single CRM solution."
