Orange Business Services – Trading Solutions, which was formerly known as Etrali, says the bank has rolled out its Etrali Mach 3D turrets are now live in the bank's treasury dealing room in Moscow.

The vendor says its Mach 3D turrets, which replaced standard telephones, are able to combine Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) and Internet Protocol (IP) technology.

The rollout is part of a global programme to upgrade all of BNP Paribas's dealing rooms in Europe, Middle East and Asia. The bank has already rolled out the voice trading technology at operations in Paris, Amsterdam, and Brussels.

Daniel Bobelet, BNP Paribas company secretary in Moscow, says: "This installation will facilitate the expansion of our treasury activity in Russia and enables the Moscow branch to be more closely integrated with our other Etrali-equipped dealing rooms around the world via the BNP Private Network.

"The Etrali Mach 3D also offers us the ability of easily migrating to IP without any disruption to our traders."
