Cambodia's Acleda Bank has selected Temenos' Globus back office product to aid its transformation from a micro-financier to a fully-fledged commercial bank.
The bank's evaluation committee conducted a selection process which included seven banking system vendors. According to In Channy, Acleda's general manager, Temenos was chosen for its track record in rapid and successful implementations. "We need to implement this system in 14 provincial offices within 18 months," he says.
